After 18 years in Australia, Fairfax Media's NZ Events team added the Night Noodle Markets to their stable of events in 2016. 

Carter Consultants was engaged to assist in the delivery of this world class event. Primary responsibilities included the identification, onboarding and account management of vendors, licensee negotiation and contracting, marketing guidance, liaising with stakeholders and event management and support.
